This quick start guide helps you add your first brand to Citerra so you can immediately begin monitoring AI visibility and competitor benchmarks.
Why It Matters
Your brand must be defined in Citerra before running analyses. This simple setup allows the platform to track your visibility signals and prepare insights that drive strategic decisions.
How to Do It
Navigate to Setup in the left menu
From your dashboard, click on the Setup option to access the brand configuration page.
Enter your brand's details, competitors, and questions
Fill in your brand name, website, industry, target competitors, and key topics you want to track.
Click Create Brand & Run Analysis
Submit your configuration and Citerra will immediately begin analyzing your AI visibility.
Outcome
Once configured, you can run your first analysis and begin receiving visibility scores, trend data, and recommendation insights, and much more, within minutes.
